Axial International College's Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery program will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to gain employment or enter into advanced level cookery programs.

You are given the opportunity to complete a cook’s qualification at our Brisbane campus at Kangaroo Point and Townsville, Queensland. The Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery program provides an effective overview of commercial cookery practices.

You will have extensive access to a variety of theory and practical learning opportunities, which will help equip you with the necessary skills to move into employment, furthering your career choices.
