Axial Training is one of Queensland’s leading training providers to apprentice butchers, chefs and owner managers. For over 25 years we’ve grown within the retail meat and hospitality industry and now offer an exclusive, advanced training course option for Level 1 to Level 3 students. The course is also applicable for Apprentice Butchers, Apprentice Chefs and Hospitality students interested in developing further their meat product knowledge and skills.

Axial Menu Masters focuses on the preparation and cooking of various meat dishes. This is in-line with today’s market in retail meat as our industry partners are now delivering to their customers a vast range of ready to cook meals.

Menu Masters is held at our International Campus at Kangaroo Point in Brisbane. This course is delivered over three afternoons from 3pm – 7pm. Students will be given varied meat products where they will learn to create a number of different meals.

Axial’s Menu Masters observes current industry protocols, policies and procedures for the preparation of meat, dishes and of course WH&S. The advanced skills set students will gain are immediately transferable to their existing role within the industry.
