It provides a tailored roadmap of educational activities, support, and assessments. Students with specific, identified needs are provided with individualised learning plans.

At Axial Training we have 2 types of plans
Diagnostic Learning Plan
- these plans are designed for students with diagnosed disabilities or learning needs. These Learning pathways are designed to accommodate a student’s learning journey specific to their specific disability or challenge in learning.
Learning Support Plan
specifically designed for students with identified needs which impact upon their capacity to engage effectively in learning. These plans are designed support and provide a tailored roadmap to address individual learning challenges and optimise the training experience for students in skill-based programs
