How You Can Get Involved This R U OK? Day

R U OK? Day, held on Thursday 11 September 2025, is Australia’s national day reminding everyone that any day is the perfect day to ask, “Are you OK?” and start a meaningful conversation with someone who might be struggling. This important initiative encourages all Australians, schools, families, friends, and workplaces, to check in, show genuine care, and help create a connected, supportive community for everyone.

Prioritising Student Wellbeing at Axial

At Axial Training and International College, supporting mental health and wellbeing is at the heart of what we do. As an education provider, we know that every student’s journey is unique, and learning can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for those balancing work, family, and study commitments, or learning online.

Creating a Safe, Supportive Online Environment

Our thriving online learning platform ensures every student feels part of the Axial community, even from a distance. Through video calls, forums, and digital check-ins, we strive to break down the barriers to connection and make it easy for students to reach out for help, whether about course content or life outside the classroom.

If someone is having a tough time, our team encourages simple actions, asking “Are you OK?”, really listening, and offering practical support or referrals, because a single conversation can make a lasting difference.
